In Strandfontein there has been a doctor here since the
beginning of the village, the 1st doctor in Strandfontein, the
Original. Dr.Laloo is a medical doctor who has been practicing
since 1980 but now
considers himself semi-retired as he currently doing about
20 hours a week.
Dr.Laloo treated patients in Strandfontein when he started
off in a dead end road where his Business had flourished by
word of mouth, although now he has a surgery in
Wavecrest mall. Dr.Laloo had built a house when plots became
available but after 20 years of practising medicine he
had sold his house in 2001 and retired for 6 years.
Where he had assumed half day prac tice in 2007. His
patients can rest assured knowing that he is a trustworthy
doctor that has been practicing for many years.
When people go for cheaper medical aids they are
designated a certain doctor they can go to. Less people for
the local doctor as a small form of competition.
New patients are often showing up so I would guess it
weakness so it outweighs the weakness.
Medical aids, we have been over this.
Dr.laloo has a donated to various sports events among
other people who come ask. He also provides working
experience for people for high school students. Dr.Lalloo
had started off self-funded although he knows needs the
support of the community to fully succeed.
Dr.Lalloo had started off with nothing but studied his way
through university to strive to be a doctor. Throughout his
years Dr.lalloo had learnt an important lesson throughout
the years of labour, that...
“Where there is a will, there is a way and
nothing can stop you from achieving your
goals even when you are disadvantaged,
that Education is the best way to empower
yourself, tempower
yourself, that is the best way I can
recommend’’.
When asked if he would do anything different, he
simply said no, that he would do it again if given
the chance to start over.
